Returns and refunds
There is a 7 day time limit for returns, refunds, or exchanges. The resolution of such events will be on a case by case basis.
All items are handmade and one of a kind! In the event a replacement needs to be sent, it can not be guaranteed to be a 100% duplicate of the original.
Items must be in clean/like new condition. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for used or dirty items.
If any items arrive damaged from shipping, contact Triple Tree Glassworks, and file a claim with USPS as soon as possible. It is glass, it can break, we understand! We use priority mail so items are insured up to $100.
If an item needs to be returned, shipping will be covered by Triple Tree Glassworks.
If an item needs to be refunded, Triple Tree Glassworks will initiate the refund process via Stripe and it will be sent to the original payment account.
